What is AHB?
(Additional Hospital Benefit) provides for an additional amount of cover when member is hospitalized. Covers up to 150% of NAMAF tariff.

What is Chronic Medication?
Medication for a persistent or long-developing syndrome, such as osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cancer and HIV/AIDS. This sort of condition is usually long lasting in its effects, or it's a disease that develops over time.

What is self-medication?
Self-medication is the treatment of common health problems with medicines especially designed and labeled for use without medical supervision and approved as safe and effective for such use. e.g. flu medication obtained over the counter (without doctor's prescription) at a pharmacy.
